Terms of Use

 

The Regulations define the rules of using the Online Store, including placing orders for products from the Store, providing the Buyer with ordered products and the Buyer’s right to cancel or withdraw from the sales contract.

Using Gantlé online shop services means that the Buyer has read these Regulations and fully accepts them.

The Gantlé online shop, hereinafter referred to as Gantlé, is run by Lucyna Cichocka Gantlé, registered at ul. Uniwersytecka 1/115, 02-036 in Warsaw, NIP 878 166 26 21.

 

Placing orders

Orders can be placed via the website (www.gantle.it) 24 hours, daily, 7 days a week. However, please remember that the Store’s office is open and orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 9.00 – 17.00.

The Buyer, using Gantlé should have a device that has an active, bilateral connection to the Internet using the https protocol. The device should be equipped with a web browser that supports html 5 and CSS sheets, e.g. Google Chrome, IE, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Safari.

In order to correctly finalize the contract, the Buyer needs to fill out the order form, mark the selected form of delivery and payment, and send the order filled out from the shopping panel. In the order must be specified also the e-mail address and telephone number.

The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by Gantlé. The buyer receives an e-mail with the order number, the specified products, and payment and delivery forms. The store reserves the right to contact us by phone or e-mail for orders over 150 EUR to confirm the order.

 

Products Availability

The correct execution of the order is subjected to products availability. Gantlé does it’s best to ensure all products are available at all time.

In case that the purchased product is not available, Gantlé will contact the Buyer.  The Buyer will decide whether to ask for the production of the product, if possible, or to delete the order.

 

Price

The prices given by Gantlé are expressed in EUR, including VAT. Gantlé reserves the right to change prices without informing the Buyers.

In the case of orders placed, the price on the day of placing the order is binding.

 

Right to cancel or anulate the order.

Gantlé reserves the right to reject the order in the following cases:

  • For a technical issue or the order form is filled in incorrectly.
  • The payment information provided are not correct
  • The Buyer will not transfer the required amount to the Store’s account within the indicated time (see paragraph “Payment Methods”).
  • The product is not available.
  • The Security System shows possible fraud in the order.
  • We were not able to deliver the order after 3 times.

 

In order to clarify the above situations, Gantlé has the right to contact the Buyer.

 

Payment Methods

Gantlé accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Electronic- operated by PayU (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard or prepaid)
  • Bank transfer

The Buyer decides on the form of payment when placing the order.

In case of bank transfer the details will be provided during the ordering process.

If after 10 days from the order date Gantlé will not have received the bank transfer, the order will be cancelled.

The Buyer has the option to cancel purchases at every stage of ordering.

The Buyer will be charged after the order confirmation.

 

Delivery Time and Methods

The shipment takes place from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. The goods can be shipped to private addresses or offices.

We send the ordered products to the address given immediately after completing the order, within the working hours of Gantlé.

The Buyer receives a confirmation e-mail with information of the order to be received.

For the shipment Gantlé uses the express delivery service of GLS, DPD or other shipment service chosen by Gantlé.

The shipment within the EU area takes between 2 and 6 working days and 14 outside of the EU region.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the time of completing the shipment begins at the moment of receiving confirmation of the transfer.

In case of unavailability of products in the warehouse Gantlé, the Buyer will be informed and may decide to ask the production of the good, if this is possible (the delivery time will be extended to a maximum of 15 days) or to cancel the order.

 

Shipment cost

Shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

The shipment fee is calculated during the purchase and varies from 4 EUR to 8 EUR for EU countries, and up to 30 EUR  EUR for non EU countries. The shipment is free in case of purchase over 120 EUR.

Return Policy

All products offered by Gantlé are brand new, free from physical defects, and have been legally placed on the European market.

Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271), the customer has the right to return the purchased products without giving reasons, based on the following conditions:

  • The Buyer has to communicate it to Gantlé within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • The product has not been washed or used (excluding the usual check done to verify the product).
  • The product is in undamaged condition (two elements that makes a pair need to be returned together).
  • At its own cost, the Buyer sends the purchased products to Gantlé.

The value of the order will be returned to the indicated account (excluding shipment cost) of the Buyer up to 5 days after the receiving of the goods back in Gantlé.

 

Change of Product

In order to change a product the Buyer will have to return the original product (see paragraph “Return Policy”) and purchase a new product on the Website.

 

Personal data protection, shopping safety.

Placing an order in Gantlé requires consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with with the European Privacy Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation).

Shared personal data will be stored in the administrator’s database and will be used for the correct implementation of the sales contract.

The customer has the right to inspect their data, correct them and request to stop processing them.

 

Final statements.

The store reserves the right to change the Regulations. The order, which will be placed before the publication of the amended Regulations, will be carried out on the basis of the Regulations in force at the date of ordering.
