Argentine tango skirt.
The top part fits snugly to the body and creates the effect of a miniskirt. The lower part consists of a flared flounce, shorter on the right front and longer on the back, as typical of tango.
The black fabric is in high quality polyester, while the flounce is in transparent chiffon in a white polka dot pattern on a black background.
